Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding website usage and improving services.
This website uses self-hosted fonts (DM Sans, Sora, JetBrains Mono). Font files are loaded directly from our own server — no requests are sent to Google or any other external service. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties when loading fonts.
This Webdesign uses the following third-party services, some of which involve the transfer of data outside Switzerland (including to the USA):
Used for sending transactional emails and newsletters. Your email address may be processed by Brevo's servers in the EU. Brevo operates under GDPR and provides adequate data protection safeguards.
Used as a CRM and data storage tool. Contact form submissions and project data may be stored on Airtable servers in the United States. Airtable participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides adequate contractual safeguards.
Google operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
The Claude API by Anthropic is used to process website data as part of the automated analysis service (/analysis). Submitted data (company info, website URL, and publicly accessible website content) may be sent to Anthropic's servers in the United States for AI-powered text generation. This Webdesign does not submit sensitive personal data to this service.
Variant is used as a design tool in the development of client websites. No personal client data is transmitted to Variant in the normal course of service.
Workflow automation is handled via n8n, self-hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) located in Europe. No data is sent to n8n's cloud infrastructure.
